I love listening to Voddie. We have diluted not only the gospel, but the very person of Jesus Christ; all in an effort to make him more palatable to the world. The result is that instead of offering unbelievers the bread of life, we hand them nothing but junk food. It won’t nourish them; it won’t sustain them, and it won’t give them life.
Great word Mike. I have invited Voddie to speak at our annual Colorado Baptist pastor’s conference in October. I hope to spend a few days with him and pick his brain on a lot of issues. He tells it like it is. We need more “prophetic” voices like Voddie.
